If you are using iListBox's website to send any of your personal information to iListBox, iListBox WILL NOT SHARE THIS INFORMATION with any other parties.

If you are using iListBox's software, iListBox WILL NOT SHARE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, unless in the User Preferences section of the software YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO SHARE pieces of information such as your Real Name, Age, eMail address and other information which you might consider private.

iListBox was designed to allow you to share your information with other iListBox members and visitors to the iListBox website.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to protect your own privacy by making sure the information you are sharing is the information you want shared.

There is always some risk using Internet enabled software due to the nature of the Internet.  iListBox is an Internet enabled application.  While iListBox will do it’s best to protect your privacy, there is always risk concerning protecting your privacy because of the nature of the Internet.

Except for those situations already mentioned iListBox WILL NOT SHARE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION to other parties.

To be Member of iListBox and to use the iListBox you must agree with all the items mentioned in this Privacy Policy.  This Privacy Policy may change over time.  You can always review iListBox most current privacy policy by visiting iListBox’s website.  Even if the iListBox’s Privacy Policy changes, your use of iListBox signifies your understanding of this Policy.

In order use iListBox you must agree to both iListBox’s Terms and Conditions and Software License.  If there are any inconsistencies with the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions would supersede the Privacy Policy.  If there are any inconsistencies with the Privacy Policy and the Software License, the terms in the Software License would supersede the Privacy Policy.
