iListBox list – in this example the list contains a group of ideas, however lists can be created and formatted for just about anything

iListBox list item – this is an example of a single item in a list – as you can see by the faces and stoplight graphics – field data for each line in your lists can be more than just text, numbers and dates – in the lower part of the screen one can see an optional feature that lets you attach free form or structured elements to an item – these elements can be file attachments, discussion threads, anything to help you associate more information with your data
