You must agree with the iListBox Software License, Terms and Conditions, and understand iListBox’s Privacy Policy in order to use the iListBox software program or website.

You agree not to attempt to steal, help others steal, or steal the iListBox software.

You agree not to use the iListBox for any illegal purpose or for a purpose it was not intended to be used.  If a function of iListBox allows for you to use a capability that is illegal in your geographic location, you agree it your responsibility for not using that illegal function.

You agree not to modify the iListBox software or any of the data used by iListBox for a purpose it was not intended to be used.

You agree not to intimidate or harass any iListBox Member or anybody using the iListBox software or through the iListBox website.

You agree to let iListBox to charge your credit card for a membership if you have supplied your credit card payment information to iListBox and you instructed the iListBox program to charge your credit card accordingly.

For any reasonable reason, you understand iListBox may terminate your use of iListBox even if you have paid for a membership.  You also agree, iListBox will not refund any amount paid by you if your use of iListBox has been terminated.

For any reason iListBox many change these Terms and Conditions.  You must agree to all the changes to continue using the iListBox software and website.

You agree to stop using the iListBox software and website if you don’t agree to the Software License, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

You agree it is your responsibility to check the iListBox website for the most current versions of the Software License, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

For any reason, if you have paid and then stopped using the iListBox software and website, you will not receive a refund for any amount paid.
